内容記述 | Kinetic studies on the fast photovoltage (FPV) of the intermediate B (B) in the bleaching process of the excised eye of the albino rat were performed. By using some new combinations of the blue and green test flashes the half-lives and several kinetic constants of B were obtained. Two different methods of experiments gave a similar value of the half-life of B, which is smaller by a factor of three or four than the value reported by Ebrey. The photo-regeneration of B from its daughter C was demonstrated, which explains the discrepancy. | |||||
