| 内容記述 | 本稿では、植民地解放後、日本語教育が再開される1961年までの韓国における日本語教育に関する史料を収集し、日本語の必要性・適合性がどのように判断されているかという観点から分析した。そして、当時の言説の論理構成を明らかにし、なぜ特定の言説が出現したのかを考察することを通して、韓国における日本語教育再開の過程を深く理解することを目指した。その結果、まず、1950年代は市民間において日本語教言の必要性の萌芽が見られたが、韓国政府の日本語教育否定論によって抑制されていたことが明らかになった。また、日本語の必要性・適合性は、日韓関係に対する認識、日本語教育/学習が自民族ないしは自己にもたらす効果の予測を参照しながら判断されることを指摘した。さらに、1961年に日本語教育必要論が公的空間に登場した要因として、張勉政権下における日韓関係の変化、韓国語の地位回復と日本語排除の限界、世代交代を指摘した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Japanese language education in Korea was restarted in 1961 after the Japanese colonial liberation. In this paper, historical Japanese language education material between 1945 and 1961 are gathered and analyzed in terms of necessity and compatibility of Japanese to clarify the logical structure of the discourses. The reasons why certain discourse emerged are also discussed. The analysis result proved that during 1950’s, Korean government suppressed the emergence of necessity of Japanese education among Korean people. It also implies that necessity and compatibility of Japanese education are judged based on the perception of the relationship between Japan and Korea, and expectation of the effect brought by Japanese language education. It is also suggested that the change in the relationship between Japan and Korea due to the policy change of the Jang Myeon administration, the successful retrieval of Korean as the national language, the limited elimination of Japanese language infiltrating into Korean language and the generational change in Korean people together contributed to make the discourse supporting Japanese\ language education to be approved 1961. |
