| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify facts in the relationship between students who\ want to be childcare workers, and positive consciousness and experiences of users because\ of training at child welfare facilities. These facts were collected by questionnaire survey. The\ survey was structured with modified questions for the students who want to be childcare\ workers at child welfare facilities to ask about their experiences in childcare and care for\ disabled children. This survey was administered to 65 university students (valid response rate:\ 93.8%). The results showed that they would like to become childcare workers through training\ at child welfare facilities, and they need to get some more successful experiences involving\ users. Also, many students were exposed for the first time to adults who also use the facilities\ at child welfare center. This was another positive chance for the students to learn more about\ their field of study.d. |
