| 内容記述 | In recent years, university career support has been deepening and broadening qualitatively. In this paper, we conducted a macro analysis regarding the support personnel through Japan Student Services Organization. The analysis was based on the "Survey on the status of initiatives of student support at universities, junior colleges and technical colleges". We focused on the "involvement of the faculty members", "expertise of the personnel" and "recruitment and placement of the personnel from outside". We analysed the differences based on the school types (universities, junior colleges and technical colleges) ,establishers (national universities, public universities and private universities), and the number of students.The main findings are as follows. 1) In many cases, full-time employees are responsible for the employment support at universities and junior colleges, especially private ones. 2) A conspicuous difference in the personnel's training participation situation was not found among the school types and the establishers. However, qualified personnel related to the career were often seen at universities and junior colleges, especially at national universities. 3) Recruitment and placement of the personnel from outside were often seen at universities, especia lly at national universities. | |||||
