| 内容記述 | This study investigated what factors influence young children’s time consumption for using IT devices \ and the level of their social development recognized by their parents. These days, more and more people \ use the Internet and IT devices frequently, and younger and younger children are starting to use IT \ devices, however, it has not been clearly shown which factors and what level of them have had on \ children’s IT devices use and their socialization. The data used in this study is composed of Japanese \ mothers (N=1194) and fathers (N=1242) age ranging from 24 to 49, who have at least a child under the age \ of six. The result shows that mothers have more factors which stipulate the recognition of their children’\ s level of socialization than fathers do. For both mothers and fathers, the more they have positive attitude \ for using IT devices, the longer their children use IT devices. Yet, the time consumption of children’s IT \ use affect the recognition of thier level of socialization differently from mothers to fathers. |
