| 内容記述 | Violence against women is one of the severe problems worldwide. “Eliminating all forms of \ violence against all women and girls in the public and private spheres” is one of the main objectives \ of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (UN, 2015, 18). In Japan today, domestic violence (DV) is \ a social problem that is associated with the high level poverty of single-parent families. Shortage of \ housing and livelihood assistances for DV survivors is especially problematic. There are many DV \ survivors without adequate assistance from either private or government agencies. Further, it has \ been difficult to grasp their actual living conditions due to the lack of research. This study shows, in \ detail, current living conditions of a DV survivor who has escaped from her spouse without receiving \ any support from either private or government agencies. I collected the data via observation and \ communication while living in a shared house with the DV survivor for a little over 2 months. |
