| 内容記述 | This study examined contemporary juvenile deviant behaviors and their background factors such as teenage-admiration, time perspective, and internal locus of control. The distinction between delinquency and normal behavior is ill defined. Therefore, in order to prevent juvenile delinquency, it is important to investigate normal adolescents’ mild deviant behaviors. For this purpose, the research participants were normal adolescents rather than clinical sample. The results showed that juvenile deviant behaviors were significantly associated with teenage-admiration but not with time perspective and internal locus of control. Adolescents do have their dreams or future perspectives. They also regard their lives as controllable. However, they are pessimistic about adulthood and hate becoming adults.They emphasize teenage as an enjoyable moratorium period and their enjoyable experiences often mean deviant behaviors and delinquency. Consequently, for delinquency prevention, the findings suggest that adolescents should have positive image of their futures and adulthood. | |||||
