"多様化したニーズに応える保育現場において，保育者と心理臨床家の協働が注目されるようになってきている。その効果的な実践の１つに保育カンファレンスが挙げられる。本論では保育カンファレンスに協働する心理臨床家にフォーカスをあて，様々に公表されている保育カンファレンスの様相について，構成メンバーの違いによる特徴を比較，整理した。抽出した19件の文献を概観した結果，構成メンバーに関わらず「保育者の省察が深まる」「保育実践の再構想が進む」「子ども理解が深まる」「連携が進む（園内・家庭など）」といった保育者の主体性にまつわる効果が見られた。さらに，心理臨床家の入る保育カンファレンスには，それらと関連して「保育者のエンパワメントにつながる」効果も加わることがわかった。その背景にはアセスメントや関係性の専門性といった専門性を持つ心理の専門家の子ども視点と，保育者の視点の突き合わせなどがあると考えられた。これらが心理の入る保育カンファレンスの中心的な特徴だといえるだろう。",
