内容記述 | This study considers two aspects: Firstly, what kind of childcare the practitioners of early childhood care and education created in the post-war chaos,and Secondly, how they built a career. This was clarified by investigating the stories of two women who became childcare practitioners during the post-war growth period and then became leaders. Both became childcare practitioners by chance but continued to study at the place where they were placed in the wake of the post-war reconstruction of education. The two women stood out because they consistently “insisted on their own thoughts” and therefore, their coworkers worked around them. The common characteristic of these two women is that they stuck to their beliefs. They were greatly influenced by teachers who resisted the oppression of Christianity during the war. This attitude, acquired when they were in high school, became the foundation of their lives and eventually led to the creation of childcare. | |||||
