| 内容記述 | This study investigates 7 Chinese international graduates from Japanese universities who work in Japanese companies. Using a semi-structured interview, participants were asked how they recognized the importance of existence, the main reasons f or working, and the importance of their work in Japanese companies. We categorized and organized data using KJ method. As a result, depending on the length of employment, the graduates showed different tendencies. That is, those whose length is short, recognized that they have “the advantage as former students” and their present work place is “the place for learning” and the “means of life.” “Good work attitude” is also regarded as important at work. Those whose length of employment is long recognized that they themselves have “the advantage as a personal resource”, and their current workplace is a “place to form their career.” Their “career” and the “economic stability” are important in working. |
