| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the method of training student supporters using the ]Ochanomizu University SCC-RA training program as a case study, and to assess the effectiveness and challenges of this training. The analysis involved evaluating pre- and post-training tasks as well as the results of a post-training questionnaire in relation to the training objectives. The findings indicated that, through the RA training, new RAs became more committed to earning the trust of dormitory residents. It also became apparent that the content in the RA manual was better understood and more concretely applied as a result of the training. However, the study also identified issues regarding time allocation and content design for the RA training program. The significance of this study lies in its potential to contribute not only to RA training but also to the development of peer supporters, who play a crucial role in promoting learner-centered university education. | |||||||||||||
