| 内容記述 | 近年、留学生受け入れが推進され、受け入れ環境の整備の必要性が指摘されている。各大学では、その一環として留学生個々人に対応するチューターをもうけている。本研究は、留学生が日本人チューターによる学習支援活動をどのように意味づけているのか、構造構成的質的研究法（SCQRM）にもとづく修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いて、当事者の内的視点から検討した。その結果、留学生は日本人チューターとの学習支援活動を経験する中で自己効力感を得、それにより日本語学習に対してのモチベーションを向上させていることが明らかになった。また、自己の作文に対し教師以外の読者がいることで、留学生は作文執筆の際、読み手の存在を意識しながら課題に取り組んでいることがみられた。さらに、両者は学習支援活動において、ラポールが重要であるものと捉えており、今後のチューター制度を考える際、関係作りの重要性が示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study enquires how they regard learning support from Japanese tutors. The Modified Grounded Theory Approach, based on SCQRM, was employed in this study in order to prove into the students’ perception. The result shows that learning support helps them develop their self-efficacy, and therefore boosts their motivations for studying Japanese. It is also found that having readers other than professors they are likely to produce more reader-oriented writing. Moreover, both tutors and exchange students perceive building of “rapport” as vital in learning support program. It has become apparent that the building of relationship between them is indispensable to improve the learning support system for foreign exchange students in future. | |||||
