| 内容記述 | JFL環境の学習者は日本語で会話に参加する機会が限られているため、相手の話を受け止めながら会話を進める聞き手としての能力が不足しがちである。本実践は韓国国内の大学において、聞き手能力育成の足掛かりとしてあいづちの指導を行った。授業では学習者自身があいづちの存在意義について主体的に考えることを目的として学習者同士で話し合うピア活動を取り入れ、ピア活動時の話し合いデータと授業後に行った質問紙調査の回答から実践の成果を検討した。その結果、話し合いデータからは学習者間の理解の共有過程が観察され、ピア活動を通してあいづちの存在意義に対する理解を確実なものにしていることが明らかになった。また、質問紙調査の回答からは授業方法について肯定的な評価が得られたほか、あいづちという学習項目への高いニーズも感じられ、JFL環境でのあいづち指導としてピア活動を用いた学習者主体の学びの形が有効であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This report introduces the practical lesson of ‘Aizuchi’ (Japanese back-channel) to JFL students of a university in Korea. JFL students’ ability as a listener is usually insufficient as the chances for them to participate in a conversation are limited. Thus in this lesson, improve their ability as a listener the use of ‘Aizuchi’ is instructed. In order to let them think actively about why ‘Aizuchi’ is necessary in a conversation, a peer activity such as having discussion among themselves is adopted. The recorded conversations and the questionnaire taken after the lesson are then analyzed. From the recorded conversations, the process of how the students share each other understanding are observed, and it also can be seen that from peer activity the student’s grasp on the significance of ‘Aizuchi’ in conversation is deepened. Also, the results from the questionnaire show that the method of such lesson is very well received and the students felt ‘Aizuchi’ is necessary. It can be concluded that the active learning of ‘Aizuchi’ through peer activity is effective for JFL students. | |||||
