| 内容記述 | 本研究は、「内省モデルに基づく実習プログラム」を取りあげ、教師の意思決定プロセスに着目し、どのような教師の成長の可能性が見られるのかを探った。授業中のプロトコルデータ、授業後、授業前のインタビューデータ、アドバイス・セッション(授業評価会)の録音データを基に、授業で取り上げた問題をどう解釈し、解決策を決定するかについて実習生7名の意思決定プロセスを意識変容学習理論の観点から分析した。その結果、「問題の気づき→(計画との)ズレの認知→ズレとその原因の認知→前提の吟味→前提の変化→パースペクティブの変化→代替策の選択→決定」という意思決定プロセスを示しているものが見られた。また、教師が主体的に考えた上での自律的な決定が確認された。このような変容、すなわち、教師の成長は、実践をよりよくするための力の形成過程であることを示唆し、多様な教育現場に対応する今後の日本語教師に必要であることを指摘した。さらに、プログラムのどのような設定要因が起因しているのかについて検討を試みた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This is examines student teachers development in a 'model of reflective teaching' type teacher training program. In this study, decision- making process and problem solving of 7 student teachers were analyzed. Qualitative analysis was carried out on the collected data, such as observation records, interview records and protocol data by stimulus recall method. The results show that the process of decision-making is characterized: (1) the process of self-inquiry→cognition of gap→transformation of assumption→transformation of pedagogical perspective→decisionmaking. (2) decision-making was a result of self-directed decision-making. (3) cycle representing the process of reflective teaching was completed. Furthermore, this paper discusses the relationship of decision-making process and program structure | |||||
