| 内容記述 | 本稿は、成人学習者を対象とし、多言語多文化共生を目指してデザインされた日本語教育実習において、実習生はどのような学びや経験を得るのかを明らかにするために、授業中の教師(実習生)の意思決定に着目した。大学院で日本語教育実習を行った教師を対象に、教師の意思決定を再生刺激法により収集し、意思決定プロセス((1)意思決定の対象(2)キューの解釈から決定までの段階)を分析し、多言語多文化共生を目指した実習(年少者クラス)と比較することで特徴を明らかにした。その結果、1.意思決定の対象は、両実習ともに「活動内容」に対する決定が量的に最も多く、教師がファシリテーターの役割を担い、多言語多文化共生を目指した実習の傾向であること。2.キューの解釈から決定までの段階では、「教師は敢えて介入せずに見守る調整」が、成人学習者を対象とし、平等参加と対話を重視した実習の特徴として示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The pourpose of this study is to make clear some of experiences and studies in a multilingual and multicultural society oriented at Teacher Training (A case of Adult learners classes). Thus for, I focused on the teacher's decision-making process (1) object 2) interpretation of cue and how the cue leads to the decision-making process), and to make clear the features of decision-making in this Teacher Training. This survey used protocol date from the teacher-training program by stimulus recall method in a graduate school and analyzes. As a result, the following points were found. 1) The process of decision-making is characterized by "content of activity" in object. 2) The process of decision-making is characterized by "keeping an eyes on the students interact one another in interpretation of cue and how the cue leads to the decision-making process. | |||||
