| 内容記述 | 本稿は韓国語母語話者が言いさし表現について対人関係と談話機能別にどのようなとらえ方をしているのかを、明らかにすることが目的である。調査は述部まで述べた言い切り表現との比較を通してアンケート調査を行った。結果は次のとおりである。(1)言いさし表現は遠慮が必要な関係より遠慮が必要ではない関係でより多く使用される傾向がある。(2)使用場面をみると、意志表示をするときと遠慮が必要ではない関係において情報提供をするときに多く使用される傾向がある。使用する理由としては「冗長さ回避のため」が多い。(3)不使用場面をみると、相手に要求をするときと遠慮が必要な関係において情報提供をするときである。使用しない理由としては遠慮が必要な関係においては「丁寧さに欠ける」、遠慮が必要ではない関係においては「正確な意思伝達に欠ける」という理由をあげている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to clarify how a Korean native speaker has a way of understanding about personal relations and several conversational functions of the "leaving unsaid" utterances. The research employed the questionnaires as compared with the unsaid utterance, whose predicative part is included. The results follow: (1) The "leaving unsaid" utterance is likely to be used more in the unreserved relations than the reserved ones. (2) It shows a more tendency to be used in case of showing the will of the speaker himself and giving some information in the unreserved relations. This is the major reason "to avoid speaking at length", according to this research. (3) When it is not used, it shows a tendency to be a case of giving some correcting information in the reserved relations and need for action by the listener. According to the inquiry, the main reason is "a lack of courtesy" in the reserved relations and "a lack of correct communication" in the unreserved ones. | |||||
