| 内容記述 | 本研究では現職者のための教師研修のあり方についての提言をする。近年、教育実習のあり方として、「教師トレーニング」から「教師の成長」への移行が提唱されている(岡崎・岡崎1997)。それでは、実習生は具体的に何から何を学んでいるのだろうか。本研究では教師経験のある実習生の生の声を通して彼女らの「学び」を分析した。その結果、実習生は自己を「省察」することによって、学習者である「子ども」に教えることと「チームティーチング」という「自己の教育現場とは異なった体験」から多く学んだことがわかった。さらに「学び」は1年後に「言語教育観の変化」「地域活動LARPへの広がり」「仲間」「人間関係の作り方」につながっていった。つまり、「自己の教育現場とは異なった体験」をし「省察」していくことは、現職者研修の効果的な一方法であるということが言えよう。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper proposes a new style of in-service training of experienced teachers. In a recent paper, Okazaki and Okazaki (1997) proposed that in-service training should focus on 'teacher development' rather than 'teacher training'. In order to determine the processes involved in teacher development, teachers' experiences of, and what they perceive they learned in in-service training were collected through a retrospective interviews. The teachers reported that when they faced difficult problems, they reflected on their experiences to assist them to learn in new teaching contexts such as teaching children or team teaching. They also reported one year later that their new experiences had assisted them to expand their horizons. Thus, it is clear that developing the ability to reflect on previous experiences in the face of challenging new teaching environments is effective methodology for in-service education | |||||
