| 内容記述 | This research investigated what kinds of conflicts former Korea n students have at multicultural\ work environment in Japan, how they feel towards the conflicts, and how they solve them\ (analysis 1). In addition, the paths they take when they face the conflicts were also discovered\ by looking into a few cases (analysis 2). Ten subjects were interviewed and the conflicts they\ had at multicultural work environment, how they felt towards the conflict, and the conflict\ resolutions were analyzed by citing KJ method. While analyzing, “assessments for solving\ the conflicts” were observed, which occur between having feelings and solving behavior. In\ analysis 2, by analyzing three subjects based on the result of analysis 1, it was observed that\ former Korean students react positively and objectively by assessing the situation, and when\ they face to the conflicts, they try to solve it by involving co ncerned and the third parties. |
