内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify through qualitative a nalysis how Ochanomizu University students and graduates who had completed its affiliated high school, utilize their past learnings and experiences in the university or society and how the learnings and experiences have affected their value creation. An open-ended survey was conducted among 92 Ochanomizu University students and its graduates who had graduated from its affiliated high school from 2008 to 2017. KJ Method identified with 47 valid responses, containing 72 exemplifications of utilizing learnings and 87 instances of affecting value creation. The results show that students and its graduates recognized that they had utilized their knowledges, gained perspectives and academic skills in their university or social life. It was also revealed that their value creation and leadership skills had been affected by their school friends, teachers, educational environments or its consistent educational philosophy of autono my and independence. |
