| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the viewpoints and measures that have been taken regarding the language learning policy for children and childcare workers in a globalized Norwegian society. An analysis of Norway’s English-language newspaper articles from 2016 to 2018 and government policies on child care and children revealed that Norway prioritized early childhood education and had active and concrete policies on the national curriculum on language and the Norwegian language competence of childcare workers. In 2018, a regulation was enacted that made it mandatory for a childcare worker to take and pass the Norwegian language test. Through Norwegian education in kindergarten for children and childcare workers who are from immigrant families, Norway aims to integrate immigrants into the Norwegian society in order to create a society that respects diversity and equality. | |||||
