| 内容記述 | 本研究は,内省モデルに基づく共生日本語教育実習における実習生の学びの解明を目指す。そのため,トレーニング型の規範的日本語教育実習と報告書の内省文を比較調査し,1 実習生は何を学んでいるのか,2 教育実習の目的や方法よって学びにどのような差異があるのか,を明らかにする。分析の結果,実習生は両実習で「実習理念」,「授業実践」,「リソース」,「自己認知」,「研究」に関して学んでいることが示唆された。これら5つの学びを量的・質的に分析した結果,内省モデルによる共生日本語教育実習では,トレーニング型の規範的日本語教育実習と異なり,個々の実習生が新たな理念を探求し,理念に基づいた教師の役割をそれぞれの経験を活かして創造していることが明らかになった。つまり,未経験者だけでなく経験者も同様に学びが得られ,実習生同士の対話が学びのリソースとなっていることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper investigates the differences in learning by comparing multi-language and multi-cultural teacher training program with normative Japanese language education training program at a gradate school. The results of the comparison indicate that teacher trainees are greatly affected by the purposes and methods of practical trainings. The trainees built their knowledge based on the experience of "teaching principles", "class practice", "educational resources", "self recognition", and "study topics". Teacher trainees who trained teachers at multi-cultural language education training grew as mature teachers by realizing the roles of Japanese educations and language, while teacher trainees who trained at normative Japanese language education training learned ordinary practical teaching methods. The latter showed the limitation of learning since it relies on others' ideas and evaluation. | |||||
